Background STORY

AP Wagner started the Profit Express™ about 8 years ago. We began answering phones as a service to a single customer in central PA. This company, Beiters located in Williamsport PA had sold parts to retail customers for many years and had a strong customer demand. However they were closing their parts department and only planned to carry the parts they needed to do their own service work. They no longer wanted to sell parts over the counter to retail consumers. Why? They felt they were losing money due to the labor involved, excessive returns that turned into old inventory on their shelves and the time and energy involved in special orders.

AP Wagner decided that we would answer their telephone calls for them, using their name and share the profits with Beiters. This allowed Beiters to continue to satisfy their retail consumers while eliminating the headaches that Beiters had with inventory and special ordering. This program was an immediate success and we began to slowly expand it to other appliance companies. In March of 1999, we named our program Profit Express™ and began to market it nationwide.

Today we answer the telephone for over 400 partner appliance companies using their name and that number continues to grow. In August of 2002, we signed an agreement with Tritronics Inc. from Baltimore Maryland to offer consumer electronics parts to our Profit Express™ partner dealers. The 5 major appliance-buying groups in the US authorize our Profit Express™ program for their member stores.

We are intentionally expanding our program at a very slow and controlled rate. Our primary objective has been and continues to be our ability to exceed expectations of the consumer with our exceptional service levels. We have perfected all aspects of the program to deliver results on a much larger scale. We have a state of the art telephony platform on which we can customize announcements and call treatments per our customer's needs. We have also eliminated AP Wagner's name from all facets of this program including announcements. This entire package allows us to provide flawless support on all levels to all of our customers using this service.

The Profit Express™ program has proved to be a tremendous success for all of our customers involved.
